Important Delivery Information

 All of our bouquets are shipped next day air to ensure the flowers arrive fresh and intact.

• Overnight Shipping - 1 business day. Shipping is completely on UPS if not fulfilled in the timely manner of overnight. Please contact UPS for further instructions. No Refund will be issued for DELAYED deliveries. 

Other items in our "Collectibles" category are eligible for ground shipping or next day air. 

• Ground Shipping - 3 to 6 business days

All orders are processed within the same day or 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email depending on the time of day and shipping method. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the calendar selection made on the cart page, your zip code, shipping method and products in your cart.

International Shipping

Eem John Florals currently doesn't offer international shipping.  

Delivery Insurance

All orders shipped come with package insurance. A signature is required upon delivery of each bouquet. 

 

Return Policy:

Unfortunately, our arrangements are not eligible for returns. Please also note, that your order cannot be canceled or modified in any way once the order has been placed.  If you have any questions about our return policy or our arrangements, please don’t hesitate to contact us today!  

Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. Once an order is placed, we are unable to refund it, however you will receive store credit for the full amount paid. Your store credit will not expire and you can use it any time of the year including holidays.

Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are handmade, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy, and beauty of our work. Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated or whether a designer has created something which you will enjoy. Because we constantly seek ways to bring some of these variables under our control for improved floral performance, we welcome your comments and inquiries.
